Michele Yagodich - Manager of Field Development

Michele Yagodich brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, training, and business development to her role as Manager of Field Development with First Travel Alliance. Dedicated to professional growth throughout her career, Michele developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping others achieve success. In 2015, she was one of 13 founding leaders who helped launch a new company, becoming one of the organization's top-performing sales leaders and earning multiple leadership awards, including peer-voted honors . Michele also played a key role in launching two multinational companies, helping establish operations, training initiatives, and field development strategies in both domestic and international markets. Since joining First Travel Alliance in December 2025, Michele has worked closely with individuals exploring a career as a Travel Advisor, guiding them through onboarding and supporting their professional growth through training, mentorship, and ongoing development. Michele is passionate about helping others build successful careers in the travel industry and achieve their personal and professional goals.
