Tami Goad McDaniel - Chief Operating Officer

Tami Goad McDaniel brings more than two decades of experience in the travel industry, combining operational expertise with a passion for empowering travel advisors. She began her career with hands-on training and formal education at ITA Travel Academy, along with specialized certification in Worldspan systems. Early in her career, Tami earned two customer service awards, recognized by both her peers and a nationwide sales team for her dedication and support. From 2001 to 2005, Tami played a pivotal role in launching a new travel company and agency from the ground up. During this time, she completed advanced training with ARC and served as the agency’s CAS qualifier, demonstrating her commitment to operational excellence and compliance. Since joining First Travel Alliance in 2012, Tami has been instrumental in leading and developing both in-house and independent agents. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees daily operations, advisor training, and strategic initiatives, ensuring exceptional service and sustainable growth. Tami is passionate about mentoring advisors and equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to build successful travel businesses.
